Getting started

Blue Cromos has two surfaces. Inspectors in the field use the mobile app to capture and authenticate products. Analysts use the web dashboard to monitor brand health, investigate events, and review flagged results. Both sign in the same way.

Signing in

Access is per-tenant and runs through your organisation’s single sign-on (SSO). Open the link your team gives you, choose Sign in with SSO, and complete your organisation’s sign-in flow. On success you land on your tenant’s home — the Home tab in the app, or Overview in the dashboard.

Note

Sessions are handled for you — held in secure cookies on the dashboard, and refreshed in the background in the app. There is nothing to copy or paste, and you should never be asked to handle an access token by hand. If sign-in sends you back to the start, ask your team to confirm your account and tenant access.

Roles

Your role decides what you can see and do:

• Inspector — captures products in the mobile app and submits feedback on results. On the dashboard, inspectors see Overview, Live Events, and Profile, and only their own events.
• Analyst — monitors and investigates with full dashboard access: Overview, Analytics, Live Events, Review Center, and Usage consumption. Analysts resolve the queue in the Review Center and see all of the tenant’s events. A supervisor can also grant an analyst access to KPIs.
• Supervisor — everything an analyst can do, plus the KPIs and Usage areas. Supervisors set inspector targets, your tenant’s monthly request limit, and its alert thresholds.

Account and role changes are managed by your organisation, not from inside the product.
